Ease into your weekend with a restorative stretch and strength class led by dancer and barre instructor Sarah Hopkin, set to the resonant sounds of classical and ambient cello music by Raphael Weinroth-Browne. This free outdoor session blends active and passive stretches, focusing on mobility, release, and creating space in the body, all supported by the subtle, improvised soundscapes of Weinroth-Browne’s cello. Hopkin guides participants through gentle, flowing movements designed to help the body open and lengthen, while the music creates a soothing, restorative atmosphere. Everyone is welcome at this inclusive, accessible class, made for every body.

Commencez votre week-end en douceur avec un cours gratuit de renforcement et d’étirements restaurateurs en plein air, animé par la danseuse et instructrice de barre Sarah Hopkin, accompagné des sons résonnants du violoncelle classique et ambiant de Raphael Weinroth-Browne.

Cette séance mêle des étirements actifs et passifs, mettant l’accent sur la mobilité, la libération et la création d’espace dans le corps, le tout porté par les paysages sonores subtils et improvisés du violoncelle de Weinroth-Browne. Sarah Hopkin guide les participants à travers des mouvements doux et fluides conçus pour aider le corps à s’ouvrir et à s’allonger, tandis que la musique instaure une atmosphère apaisante et régénératrice.
